We Want You To Make A Difference
BA Drama, Community Theatre & Media students regularly work in specific community contexts using theatre & documentary to facilitate social or cultural intervention. This project work has taken place in prisons, excluded pupil units, homeless shelters, immigration groups, travellers sites, housing estates, local schools & colleges, and with a variety of informal community groups like Youth Clubs and Drop-in centres.
Take the leap and find out how you can make a difference to your world.
The MA Theatre and Media for Development does the same thing but in an international context with students engaging with field work in Africa , the Indian sub-continent, Asia and South America .
Take the leap and find out how you can make a difference to your world.
BA Screen Production students are engaged in an investigation of the roles of authorship and facilitation through a range of projects that develop their production skills, their awareness of the role of 'the fourth estate' as guardian of political integrity and the role that new media can play in community and cultural development.
